Our team of Doctors, Engineers, Patient Care Advisors, Pharmacists, Marketers, Product Managers, UX Designers, Commercial, and Operations Specialists work together to build digital healthcare that truly fits around our patients’ lives.
The pandemic changed how people access care, and we’ve led the way by providing over 14 million consultations across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Ireland. About the role
We’re looking for a registered Pharmacist who is tech-savvy, eager to learn and with an interest in how the healthcare industry is evolving within the digital world. This position is perfect for a forward-thinking candidate who wants to gain experience and grow within a scaling digital healthcare environment.

Packing medication ready for dispatch to our courier.
Liaising with couriers, ensuring that medications are safely delivered to patients.
Managing and maintaining appropriate stock levels and supplies, liaising closely with suppliers to ensure that we are getting both the correct stock volumes, but also ensuring that they are arriving promptly, safely and intact.
The pharmacist must be able to work to strict deadlines to provide an efficient service for our patients.
Enhancing and innovating services by continually reviewing and rectifying pharmacy SOPs, updating where necessary.
Enhancing operations to improve efficiency and safety.
Assisting with query escalations from the patient care team.
As we’re an online service, the pharmacist won’t come into contact with patients face to face, making this a distinguished role from other pharmacist positions. Instead, the pharmacist will gain professional exposure to innovative and online services.
Supporting the supply and dispensing of medications to patients within the UK.
Driving forward our mail order pharmacy, adhering to ethical, professional and legal pharmacy standards.
Helping to coordinate our pharmacy operations.
Delivering the technical and professional aspects of the dispensary whilst ensuring the safe supply of medicines.

Building on other services ensures the best care for our patients.
Working with our Product Development and User Research teams to ensure we build a safe and easy-to-use platform.
Assume the accountabilities and responsibilities of a Responsible Pharmacist.
Possible opportunity for line management responsibilities.
Our mission primarily is to ensure that all medicines are dispensed legally and safely, whilst pushing the boundaries of conventional pharmacy practice. Whether that be the great environment in which we operate, the diverse, fun, multi-disciplinary team with whom we work closely, or the ability to continually improve the services we offer.
What we're looking for
A GPhC registered pharmacist.
The ability to work accurately and efficiently, and have the confidence and communication skills to work with a growing team.
The capacity to manage and effectively delegate tasks to other members of staff.
An understanding of the rules and regulations in place within the British healthcare system. Believe in our mission to create radically better healthcare through the use of technology with great IT skills.
