How we work
We don't believe in telling employees when, where, and how to work. Instead, we offer flexibility, choice, and autonomy. We support anyone who can complete their work remotely and provide opportunities to work remotely if it's something you'd like to explore.
We have people in full-time roles and part-time roles, and our employees can alter their working hours around important personal commitments. This is because flexibility means a lot more to us than simply saying, "you must work X days in the office and X days remotely" - it's about working to find a balance that's suitable for you, your role, and your life outside of work.

ZAVA head office
Situated in the heart of London, our head office provides a calm atmosphere with all the amenities you need to focus, relax and enjoy. It's an open-plan space with refreshments, entertainment, bike storage and shower facilities. It's also home to a few office dogs, who regularly organise important meetings for belly rubs.
