Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments, who turns ambitious ideas into real-world impact, navigates change with tenacity, and keeps patients at the heart of every decision. From shaping patient journeys to empowering internal teams with smarter tools, your work will touch every part of ZAVA.

We want someone passionate about Digital Healthcare innovation who can shape a compelling product vision, identify opportunities, and ground decisions in data and insight. You’ll champion a patient-led approach to strategy, giving patients a voice inside the business, while also understanding and improving the tools our internal teams rely on.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, clinicians, and business partners to turn strategy into delivery, from breaking down epics to refining patient experiences and optimising internal systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves balancing big-picture thinking with practical execution.

What you’ll be doing

Drive Product Strategy: Partner with the Head of Product to shape roadmaps that balance patient needs with operational goals.

Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong partnerships with clinical, marketing, tech, and commercial teams to align on priorities and deliver impact.

Champion Users: Use research and data to improve patient experiences and internal efficiency.

Deliver with Excellence: Translate strategy into execution — collaborating with Engineering Leads to deliver high-quality solutions.

Promote Product Best Practice: Support discovery, agile delivery, and data-driven decision-making across teams.

Skills & Experience

Proven Product Management Experience: Track record of delivering outcomes in a Product Manager role — ideally within MedTech or healthcare.

Strategic Contributor: Experience contributing to product roadmaps and shaping strategic priorities.

Collaborative Influencer: Skilled at building cross-functional partnerships and aligning teams.

Patient & Data-Driven: You ground your decisions in evidence, research, and empathy for patients.

Agile Practitioner: Solid understanding of agile/lean principles, product discovery, and delivery.

Structured Problem-Solver: You think clearly, act decisively, and tackle complex challenges with focus.
