We’re here because we care about healthcare and we plan to be the largest digital primary healthcare platform for people across Europe.
Role description
As an online healthcare provider, we carry out a range of testing and treatment services for patients. Your role will be based at our in-house mail-order pharmacy based in Angel, Islington London, supporting the supply and dispensing of medications to patients.
You’ll drive forward our mail-order pharmacy by adhering to ethical, professional, and legal pharmacy standards, delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary whilst ensuring the safe supply of medicines e.g. ordering, labeling, dispensing, packaging of medications and test kits.
You will need to be diligent, show close attention to detail, and be familiar with working on high-volume repetitive tasks at scale. Against a background of increasing demand for healthcare from home, we want to ensure that we maintain our professional service and safety profile levels.
This is a great opportunity to be part of our clinical team working directly alongside our pharmacists and doctors.
We do not have any pressure-driven targets and we guarantee you a lunch break out of the pharmacy every day. In addition, you will work with our customer support and operations teams to deliver efficient dispensary operations, building out the best service offering for our patients.

We are working hard to try and level the playing field wherever we can. We know from research that men are happy to apply for positions where they fit just 60% of the requirements, whereas women and underrepresented groups often will not apply unless they feel they are a super close match. If you don't think you meet all the requirements that you see above, we encourage you to apply and tell us what we can do to give you your best shot - if you want. We know that talent is everywhere, and as much as nice CVs are nice, they are often not a proxy for the best person for the job.
