How we work
We don't believe in telling employees when, where, and how to work. Instead, we offer flexibility, choice, and autonomy. We support anyone who can complete their work remotely, we also have a small office space in London for those who prefer office working or where roles require being office based.
We have people in full-time roles and part-time roles, and our employees can alter their working hours around important personal commitments. This is because flexibility to us means working to find a balance that's suitable for you, your role, and your life outside of work.

ZAVA is currently operating in the UK, Ireland, France and Germany.
We have a small office situated in London which is the centre of our operations for the UK, Germany and France. We also have an office in the heart of Dublin, where all Ireland operations are based.

Culture at ZAVA
We operate as a remote first company, however we encourage all of our ZAVAnistas to get to know each other and spend time together.
Each team has an annual social budget to spend as they wish whether thats a virtual escape room or in person lunch. We also aim to get together as a whole company at least once a year.
