About ZAVA UK

ZAVA, inspired by the French words 'Ça va' (meaning 'how are you?'), was founded in 2010 with the goal of making unbeatable healthcare accessible to anyone.

To this effect, we now provide a huge variety of medications, treatments and advice to guide and empower our patients as they take charge of their healthcare. And through doing so, we have helped millions of people.

Together, our teams, led by doctors and pharmacists, are continually developing and expanding our service to provide healthcare that's convenient, affordable, and always there when you need it.


ZAVA's head office

Our Head Office is situated in London. However, due to our flexible working policy we also have employees working remotely across the country.

We have a beautiful large open plan office space in London, refreshments are provided and we also have bike storage and shower facilities.

We fully recognise the benefits of a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and one of the ways in which we support this is by being a dog friendly office. Spending time with dogs has been proven to reduce stress, resulting in greater productivity, alongside creating greater collaboration and supporting an increase in physical activity.

Working at ZAVA UK

We don’t believe in telling employees when, where, and how to work. Instead, we offer flexibility, choice, and autonomy. We support anyone who’s able to complete their work remotely. We have people in full-time roles, part-time roles, and employees who’ve altered their working hours to fit around important commitments like family.

At ZAVA we encourage you to spend time with your fellow ZAVAnista’s as much as possible, one way we support this is via our two ZAVA monthly socials at the office in London. This consists of a monthly lunch club, as well as a monthly after work social.

Hybrid remote working

ZAVA operates a hybrid-remote working policy, meaning you can choose to work from wherever suits you best whether that’s the office, home, your local cafe or a combination of all 3.

Overseas working

Ever fancied spending the summer in Spain or the winter in Warsaw? At ZAVA, you have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world for up to two months per year.

Flexible working

Annual training budget

We think it’s really important to invest in your professional development which is why once you’ve been at ZAVA for more than 3 months you are provided with an annual £500/€550 personal training budget to cover the cost of external courses or learning resources.

Sabbatical

At ZAVA we recognise the importance of work-life balance and personal development by giving all our ZAVAnistas the opportunity, after 2 years, to take an extended period of unpaid leave without worrying about job security.
